Frequently Asked Questions

Every piece is 3D printed to order in British Columbia, Canada, on FDM printers using high-quality PLA and specialty filaments. Designs are licensed from Fates End.

Most orders print and ship within 7–10 business days. Larger or multi-colour pieces (like tomes and full tankard sets) can take up to two weeks. We'll confirm a lead time when we acknowledge your order.

Standard filaments on our colour list usually ship in the normal 7–10 day window. If a colour is out of stock or we need to order it in, we'll email you before printing and adjust the timeline together.

We currently offer shipping to Canada and the United States at checkout. For other countries, please email us before placing an order and we'll quote you a custom rate.

Canadian rates are zone-based (BC is cheapest, the territories are highest). US orders ship at a flat rate. Orders over CAD $200 ship free within Canada; orders over CAD $250 ship free to the US.

Yes. We tune our print settings for strength, not just appearance. Dice towers, tomes, and tankards are designed for table use. That said, some designs have delicate geometry — thin spires, antlers, claws, or fine filigree — that's naturally more fragile no matter how it's printed. Drops on hard floors can still chip corners — treat them like any well-loved gaming accessory.

Absolutely. Our default matte ash grey filament is specifically chosen as a great priming base for acrylic miniatures paints. Just clean the surface, prime lightly, and paint as usual.

Limited customization is available. We can resize pieces somewhat, and we can print in almost any colour for an additional fee. No other customizations are offered — full bespoke designs are handled by Fates End directly. Use the Special Instructions field at checkout or reach out by email.

Because every piece is made to order, we don't accept returns on completed prints. If something arrives damaged or doesn't match what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right — either a reprint or a refund.
